职位描述:
Daily Work:1. Development of practical regional sales and marketing plan. Manage sales activities to achieve sales and financial targets.
2. Hire, train, and manage the internal sales and marketing staff.
3. Work with the marketing department to develop optimized marketing plan to create brand awareness in targeted market segments in the regarding region.
4. Perform market surveys, analyse product-selling trends and prepare the sales forecast.
5. Develop and train a network of distributors to effectively sell company’s products and provide best of class after sales service.
6. Develop and maintain high level relationships with project developers, design institutes and government contacts.
7. Maintain effective communications with customers, distributors and sales network.
8. Monitor the total regional market activity and provide statistical reports on the performance of each distributor compare with total market in their area and take appropriate actions.
9. Review pricing and margins relating to customers, products and competitor activities in the market place and recommend company course of action.
10. Participate in new product development and recommend products or changes to existing products to meet the needs of the regional market place.
11. Launch new products and achieve market penetration.
12. Implement customer payment and credit policies and ensure collection the money due from customers in accordance with the terms of sale.
13. Work closely with other departments and functional areas to meet corporate goals and strategies.
14. Work closely with Commercial Unit Manager to ensure that China marketing and sales plans are consistent with corporate objectives and initiatives.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
1. 4 years university degree in Marketing/Sales or Engineering or other related area of study.
2. Minimum of 6 to 10 years work experience in the sale and marketing of high quality building construction materials with a minimum of 2 years as a Regional Sales Manager. Working knowledge of the professional lighting market in China is plus.
3. Experience in establishing and managing a sales organization and distribution network in China.Past experience with a North American or Europe based company is a plus.
4. Effective written and oral communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
5. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong management and organization skills; Must be a leader and a team player; Must conduct business with high level of consistency and integrity.
7. Working knowledge of Western and Chinese business practices.
