职位描述：

Sales manager:
1. Keep to the policy  of company, follow up company instructions
2. Manage and oversee the operation and performance
3. Develop sales channel in major cities of the territory, identify and enlist prospective local distributor
4. Track project and manage project registtration
5. Harmonize salesman (customer), Logistic to meet customer inquiring
6. Provide on-site technical support to distributor and customer
7. Supervise external and internal salesmen for daily work
8. Recruit, coach, monitor sales force by talking leadership
9. keep close contact and maintain good relationship with exisiting customers and build up prospective customers

Requirement
1,  Preferably a University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
2.  Ability to travel frequently around China or oversea.
3, Above 5 years sales and manager experience
4.        Fluent in English (written and verbal).
5.        Able to be a team leader .
6.        PC knowledge (Word, Excel).
7.        Good communication skills.
8.        Customer service oriented.
9, Salary around 10000--15000 depend on experience.
