职位描述：

1. Interface between sales colleagues & customers and QMs & PMs for all technical issues. 
2.  Be responsible for all customer complaint.
3. Willing to visit the site for complaint evaluation.
4. Responsible for all testing matters, like CCC and CQC.
5 Report to General Manager for all functional matters.
6. Interface with PM for any new products development.
7. Following up and providing the necessary technical support to the sales subsidiaries in the project markets.
8. Provide product trainings to the sales colleagues and customers. 
9. Realization of product launching in China 
10. Willing to travel around China and Germany.




Qualifications/requirements/capacity
1. Preferably a University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
2. Ability to travel frequently around China.
3. Able to work independently, but a team player and well organised.
4. Ability to work under stressful situations.
5. PC knowledge (Word, Excel).
6. Good communication skills.
