Job Description:
- Coordinate & control activities of buyers.
- Ensure working procedure are carried out in accordance with internal regulations, and comply with ISO14000 & ISO9000 standards.
- Make sure day-to-day business carried out smoothly.
- Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly reports and statistics.
- Analyze supplier information, prepare quality reports for supplier evaluation and identify needs for action.
- Identify potentials for further cost reductions.
- Handle claims concerning delivery quantity, quality,delivery time and payment.
- Coordinate and follow up sample test.

Job Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experience in purchasing.
- Experience in working at multinational company preferred.
- Experience in working at lighting industry would be a plus.
- College graduate or above, major in Electric, Electronic or Mechanics.
- Good computer skill.
- Good English language skill in oral, writing & reading.
- Very strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skill.

Job Description:
- Organize outgoing inspection according requirement of standard, PR and customer;
- Organize super control for specific customer;
- Organize 100% sorting for specific tasks;
- Organize monthly quality meeting to monitor quality development and follow up the corrective action;
- Handle customer claim;
- Organize enough resource (test/inspection facilities, surrounding, qualified personnel) to realize following activities;
- Process audit and establish TPC for merchandise supplier
- Performance benchmarking
- Follow up the blocked FG, find the solution for them.
- Organize to prepare PPAP samples and documentation.

Job Requirement:
- University graduate WITH THE MAJOR Physics or electronic or lighting source;
- Experience related to Automotive OEM quality control area;
- Be familiar with TS 16949, VDA6.3;
- Fluent English in reading and speaking.

- Establish and implement quality control program for finished lamps according to standards, PR and customer's requirement.
- Establish test facilities related to program and make sure measurement instrument in valid condition.
- Training inspectors to execute final inspection for products according to inspection regulation.
- Handle customer complaint and returns, prepare reply customer's inquiry.
- Organize performance benchmarking.
- Define photometry and life test program and monitor their development.
- Issue and follow up corrective action and verify the result.
- Follow up blocked finished products.
- Prepare monthly quality meeting.

Job Requirement:
- University graduate WITH THE MAJOR Physics or electronic or lighting source;
- Two years quality control experiences;
- Be familiar with ISO 9000;
- Fluent English in reading and speaking.
