Job Description:
- Develop new products for LED Lamp
- Work on industrial design for LED Lamp and LED Module
- Work on industrialization of LED Lamp
- Monitor the new product development process

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor, preferably Master of industrial design or similar
- 2-3 years experience in industrial design
- Background in project management
- Background in light source related technologies
- Preferable with mechanical/thermal design experience
- Good communication and teamwork
- Fair computer skill
- Knowledge of relevant international standards and regulations( IEC, UL, FCC)

- Drive and coordinate the LED lamp development activities 
- Development of new technology platform, materials and structure of LED Lamp
- Work on industrialization of LED Lamp
- Monitor the new product development process
- Support the development engineers in case of technical questions

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor, preferably Master of Engineering in Electronics, Mechanics, Physics or similar
- 2-3 years experience in LED lamp or similar
- Background in project management
- Background in light source related technologies
- Background in the relevant standards and regulations (IEC, UL, FCC)
- Good communication and teamwork
- Fluent oral and written English
- Fair computer skill
