Job Description:
- Take technical questions from customers and work out answers
- Provide data and technical documentation for customer questions
- Run the technical complaint process in cooperation with mfg, quality and R&D departments, provide 8D reports for customer communication, communicate the results to the AMCQ manager, to related staff in the BGs or to the customers directly
- Perform a complaint database, SAP tool
- Learn, understand and use all AM related QM tools like FMEA, PDCA, FTA, QRQC, 
Statistics
- The position focus on an independent problem solving work and a strict support for the AM CQ manager. 

Job Requirement:
- 3 -5 years experience in quality, statistics, complaint handling,
- Working Experience in AM customer service, technical projects, technical products related to lamp technology or manufacturing, electrical engineering is preferred
- University degree in engineering (electrical engineering, electronics) , physics, quality
- Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin), English or Japanese
- Can use specific quality tools (8D, PDCA, FMEA, etc.)

- 2-3 years experience in quality, statistics, complaint handling, AM customer service, technical projects, technical products related to lamp technology or manufacturing, electrical engineering;
- In addition to Cantonese and Mandarin, a very good level of English is required;
- Japanese is desirable, willingness to learn Japanese.
