职位描述：

Responsibilities:
-Develop custom and reference designs on demand for our key suppliers and customers within a 
 predefined schedule.
-Work closely with the technical solutions team to get detailed project requirement / specification 
 from customers.
-Involve in all aspects throughout design process from outline of specification, schematic capture, 
 optical design and simulation to test/verification of prototype
-Design, develop total solution and provide prototype to the customer base on agreed project schedule.
-Provide intensive technical support and training to technical solutions and sales team

Requirements:
-Degree in Electronics Engineering plus 3-5 years’ of Design experience in Optics design/simulation,
 Optical measurement in LED lighting. 
-Solid knowledge in experience in LED application product optical design.
-Able to use optics simulation/design software for LED lighting optical system design
-Knowledge of optical material selection, mold design and manufacturing process.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Energetic, forward thinking, creative and action and result - oriented
-Good Command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin
