Key responsibilities:· Handle and follow up sales orders in accordance with the processes agreed
· Delivery reliability report analysis and improve customer service level
· Collect forecast information and communicate with overseas customers
· Solve daily customer’s requirement effectively
· Implement customer survey and customer planning meeting
· Track the complaints and SAP maintenance
· Collect and share marketing information
Requirements & Qualifications:
· At least 3 years relevant experience in customer service function
· Strong customer mindset, responsive, effectively follows up the requirement of customer
· Worked in manufacturing environment and major in international trade is preferred
